Below are breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack ideas. Many are dairy-free, gluten free and veggie loaded. I went vegan for a while, so many plant based meals are still included in our weekly meal planning.
These meal plans are super easy to print and hang on the fridge for inspiration. Many of the recipes have links to some of my favorite food/ healthy bloggers out there. I love an easy recipe that doesn’t require a ton of ingredients (or time), so most of the recipes will reflect that.
