Below is my February meal plan.
Each month, I meal plan for the following month. I plan out all dinners ahead of time so when I sit down to plan week by week, I already have my dinner ideas ready to go.
Each day of the week has it’s own theme. I have found that choosing a theme each day makes meal planning SO MUCH EASIER!! Things may change from time to time, but overall I stick to this template.
About this meal plan:
I am currently removing refined sugar, gluten and dairy from my diet to experiment with how certain foods make me feel. This menu was created with that in mind.
A lot of the meals are vegan, others include chicken or fish. I currently don’t eat red meat, so you won’t find any red meat listed below.
I love trying new meals and getting inspiration in the kitchen, so I have marked which recipes will be new to me as well.
