About this month’s meal plan:
Currently, I am following Dr. Will Cole’s 8 week elimination diet from his book, Inflammation Spectrum. The plan has me eliminating 8 categories of food for 8 weeks. This meal plan reflects how I’m currently eating, so you will find many anti-inflammatory food options to incorporate into your menu.
This month you will find meals that are:
- Paleo
- AIP friendly
- Sugar free
- Protein centered
- Egg free
- Healthy
- Anti-inflammatory
A lot of the meals in this plan repeat, making meal planning a LOT easier. It also allows you to purchase some items in bulk to save money.
