I’ve finalized my “book club” books for 2022! I chose 12 books, one for each month of the year. While I plan on reading more than 12, I’m trying to be better about setting REALISTIC expectations for myself. =)
This isn’t really a “book club,” because I don’t plan on reading these alongside anyone else. However, if you want to join me, we can throw something together to make it fun!
If you read my last blog post on the books I read in 2021, you already know my love for non-fiction and self-help books. I LOVE to learn, and since I’m going through my own health issues (mold illness…), I’m trying to learn as much about the body and nutrition as possible.
Along with a love for learning about health, I LOVE books that value simplicity, living in the present, time management, parenting and relationships. Basically, I’m trying to live a simple, HEALTHY life over here! =)
Enough chit chat, here is my list, in no particular order. (Except that I’ll be starting with Essentialism and Digital Minimalism in January and February to go along with the Contentment Challenge I’ll be starting January 10th!
